Presenting Boston Police Commissioner, Edward Davis the John V. Dow Cup, to be kept in a place of honor in the Commissioners suite. Each year the USA/Garda play a golf match for the Cup. As it stands now each has three wins......Next September in Ireland the next match will be played.
